Overview

Vetchyhyha Vreflö Vrët was founded durring the late 13th century in winter of the year 1199, by Béóch Béō 'Stunner Trigress' Yaw̄̌s Cúoīy Gä̋chvē Phroniavno. The establishment of Vetchyhyha Vreflö Vrët was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Vetchyhyha Vreflö Vrët's construction back out of the project. Béóch Béō 'Stunner Trigress' Yaw̄̌s Cúoīy Gä̋chvē Phroniavno pushed on reguardles, and Vetchyhyha Vreflö Vrët was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Vetchyhyha Vreflö Vrët was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Vetchyhyha Vreflö Vrët is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Vetchyhyha Vreflö Vrët is was constructed arround several premissive packed earth mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The town is protected by a series of wooden fences ringing the town's parimiter, which are likly intended to keep varrious beasts out of town rather than protect it from attack by any intelegent agents. Vetchyhyha Vreflö Vrët's bare minimum defences are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.

Vetchyhyha Vreflö Vrët has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Vetchyhyha Vreflö Vrët’s streets. Yet, deep down, you know this atmosphere is a carefully created illusion. You can see the ocasional seam in their tapestry. You’re not sure what has them doing their best to act so carefree, but act carefree they do.

Cultural Notes

Vetchyhyha Vreflö Vrët's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is admittedly strange and non-linear style rooted in defiance of symmetrical shapes. It championed the creation of buildings with a unique visual appearance. the structural norms of classic buildings and deforms or moves away from elementary architectural principles. By including non-linear designs processed into its buildings and favoring fragmentation, this style expressed a form of controlled chaos. Its buildings appear out-of-the-ordinary, draw the eye in immediately and sometimes create a feeling of strangeness. These distorted shapes and structure are not reserved to the building’s outer facade, they destabilize interior elements too, favoring minimalism and play on people’s perceptions by injecting a futuristic touch.
